"A little about me - I’m Bernadine, but most people call me Bernie. I’ve been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years, working with individuals of all levels to build strength, confidence, and real, sustainable habits. I also serve as varsity swim coach at Peninsula Catholic High School where I get to develop athletes not just in the water, but in discipline, mindset, and leadership. On top of that, I’m the founder and league director of Williamsburg Girls Flag Football. We’re in our second season and it’s something I’m incredibly passionate about - creating a space and opportunity for girls to compete, grow, and truly feel seen through sports. Everything I do is rooted in people, connection, and building something bigger than just the game or workout"
