Hello Seastar Families! 

It was a hot one last night Seastars, but we stayed cool with our tropical theme night!  We had a good meet with the Waves but they ended getting the better of us in points.  The final score was Waves 331 to Seastars 158.  Congratulations to our triple winners of the night Alivia Ballin and Robby Saul!   

** July 22nd meet and info **

Well Seastars, we have made it to our last dual meet of the season!  We host the Kingspoint Dolphins this Monday, July 22nd.  Meet declaration is open!  Be sure to let us know if your swimmer will be attending or not by Wednesday evening.  Parents, while you are on the site don't forget to sign up for volunteer spots at the meet.  This is our last meet of the year, let's help it run as smoothly as our previous two!  The meet on 7/22 is our Seastar Spirit theme night.  We will celebrate our Seastar seniors before our meet! 

** Team Picture 7/22 ** 

We'll have our 2024 team picture at the pool prior to warm ups on 7/22.  ** Swimmers should wear their 2024 sponsor shirts and arrive at the pool at 4:30pm. **  Sponsor Shirts are here!  Shirts can be picked up at practice this Thursday (7/18) and Monday (7/22) morning from 8:45 to 9:30 am. 

** Pizza Party 7/22 **  

After the meet on Monday we will have pizza for our swimmers!  They'll have a chance to eat some pizza and have a little fun in the pool after the meet.  Clearwater Pool Management has sponsored our pizza for this event.  Thank you Clearwater! 

** Food Drive 7/22 **

We have partnered with Clearwater to host a food drive at our meet on 7/22 benefiting the Virginia Peninsula Food Bank.  Clearwater will provide collection boxes on deck at the meet for canned and dry goods.  They also will have a donation box at the meet and will match any cash donations that we collect up to $1000.  $1 donated = 3 meals!  Let's extend our Seastar spirit into our community and help our fellow neighbors.
