**Swimmers Events**
Once the meet is merged with the other team, swimmer's events will be visible in the SwimTopia app by clicking on the meet under the "upcoming events" section.
Swimmers will not have a physical card that shows their event, heat and lane. To help swimmers know what their events are, parents are asked to put the events on a swimmers arm/leg prior to the meet with a sharpie marker. Attached is an example photo from our coaches of how to write events. Reach out if you have any questions.
For example:
If Emma is swimming Event 6, the 100 Individual Medley, in heat 1, lane 1.
On Emma's arm I would put: 100 IM 6 1 1
Neon/Glow Night
The theme for this evening is Neon/Glow night! Swimmers, if you have a neon shirt, hat, sunglasses or anything that’s bright, bring it to the meet!
Polar Snow
The Polar Snow truck will be at the meet this evening selling shaved ice!
Donut Tuesday
What comes after a meet? Donut Tuesday! Our first Donut Tuesday this year will be on, June, 18th. Please see the sign up genius below to participate by bringing donuts, juice, or helping distribute donuts to the kids at the end of their practice on Tuesday.
