Good morning Seastars,

Last call again, for those of you who need to change status for the meet tomorrow (Thursday - 6/29) against Greensprings.  I know some are having trouble changing your swimmer's status, but you are able to see any updates a board member has made for you.  PLEASE look at the website or app to make sure your swimmer's status is correct.  

*Once the meet begins, if we find out you are not there, we cannot change the line up.  Your empty spot is sometimes affecting the timing of the meet, the number of heats we run, the prevention of swimmers having to swim alone, and you may be keeping someone out of being able to score points for our team all while losing points for our team with your empty lane.  It's ok if you can't attend a meet, just make sure you declare as not attending or let a board member know you cannot be there if it is a last min. change.  

Thank you in advance for double checking the status for tomorrow.  Please respond to this e-mail with any changes that need to be made before 6pm.  I will remerge the meet this evening so we can try again tomorrow.  Once the meet is merged, changes have to be approved by the other team, so it is easier to make the changes before the merge.
