Hello Seastar Families! 

Last night we were able to get in our first official meet of the season!  YAY!  Thank you families for stepping up with the time change and volunteering needs.  Seastar families rock!  

Meet Wrap Up 

We came away with a win against the Kraken, Seastars 323 points to Kraken 106 points!  We had some really great swims last night and some qualifying Camps meet times!  Congratulations to our triple winners, Skyler Austin, Oliver Cole, Silas Cole, Karina Long, Emma Montgomery, Robby Saul, and Sean Thomas!   Way to go Seastars!  Results from our virtual meet on June 19th should be available later this week.  

Next Meet 6/29

Our next meet is at home against the Gators this Thursday.  This is a rescheduled meet from June 16th.  It's Neon/Glow theme so bring something bright!  Warm ups begin at 5pm.  

**Since there has been a lot of scheduling with this meet, please take a moment to check the status of your swimmer(s) as attending or not attending.  Also check any volunteer positions to make sure they are correct.  If you are having any issues with changing declaration status respond to this email with any corrections.  Thank you! 

Team Shirts

Seastars team shirts are here!  Shirts will be distributed at practices.  These will be our shirts for our team picture taken before our home meet on July 17th.

Double Good Fundraiser Competition 

Thursday at 5 pm our fundraising competition starts!  Who will win a $50 or $25 gift card?  Have you set up an online store?  Will the kids have more sales than the coaches?  It's 4 days of popcorn sales, we've got this Seastars!   It's a great fundraiser as we earn 50% of every bag of popcorn sold.  See the homepage or the email on 6/24 from Jennifer Saunders for more information.  

Summer Awards Shirt Orders

Summer Awards meet is July 22, 2023.  If your swimmer would like a t-shirt from the event you can use the link below.  Orders are due by midnight on July 10th.  Typically the shirts are available for pick up during the meet.  There will be an email with more information and details about the Summer Awards meet at a later date.
