Swim team parents, 

We are looking for volunteers who are willing to work together to fix up some things around the pool and purchase some replacement items (pool board money, not your money).  The group would get together to make a list of things that need to be fixed and/or replaced, discuss the budget, and then divide and conquer those projects or needs.

Clearwater is our pool management company.  They are in charge of running the pool, but they are not there for structural things that need to be maintained or replaced.  They do have great ideas for what works and what doesn't since they work with many pools and they are happy to assist.  For example, the bathrooms would be a great place for this board to begin.  Clearwater has ideas for great mats, paper towel holders, and toilet paper holders that could replace old or broken ones in our bathrooms.  They have seen what works at different pools and can offer suggestions.
