Seastars,

Due to the extreme heat projected for tomorrow, we will start the meet at 7pm.  Warm ups will begin at 6:30pm.  Please be sure to drink plenty of water during the day.  

We do realize the meet will run till 9:15/9:30pm, so if you have a young swimmer who needs to go home after backstroke, please just check with a coach to be sure they are not in a relay at the end.
