Fundraising Day is fast approaching. The fundraising team has been working hard to provide a fun filled day of raising money for our team.

I hope that you have sold your spaghetti dinner tickets and have talked with friends and family to obtain swim-a-thon donations. Please return all unsold dinner tickets. Please drop these tickets off at the guard shack by Saturday, July 27.

Please remember to bring your swimmers pledge sheets to their time slot on Sunday, July 28. We will have volunteers to count our swimmers laps. Money for the pledge sheets will need to be turned in at the Awards Banquet –August 4.

As a side note, we will be using part of the fundraising dollars for our coach’s gifts. Please keep this in mind when asking and making donations. Our coaches have worked hard for our kids over the summer.  If you are not participating in the swim a thon, but would still like to donate for the coaches gifts, there will be a folder in the guard shack to donate. 

Thanks to many great community members, we have many items to raffle off and more are coming. We know that this is a busy time for many and may be unavailable to attend the Spaghetti Dinner. We want to open up the raffle to everyone. The raffle will be held at the car wash, Spaghetti Dinner AND at the Awards Banquet. The drawings for prizes will be held at the Awards Banquet. You do not have to be present to win, nor do you have to have a swimmer on the swim team. Bring your wallet folks!!!

If you see a prize below that, you are interested in winning (or just to support the team),  and you will not be at either event (7/28 or 8/4).  Please email Diana Richmond at [email protected] . Raffle tickets are $1 a piece or $18 for 20 tickets for the smaller items, and $5 a ticket for the larger items. Indicate how many tickets per item you would like. This will ensure all in the community can participate in the raffle without being present.
